A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required as confirmation of your date. Once a few more details have been determined, a contract will be issued which will outline our policies and details such as payment arrangements, the itinerary of the day, and the number of guestrooms booked. Please note that we are a totally non-smoking facility - smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only! |

Our Kilmarnock Room is the perfect setting for ceremonies and dinners for groups of up to 80 for a dinner party to 100 for a cocktail reception. The Rideau Room is suitable for ceremonies of up to 60. Our Jakes Room is ideal for the smaller, more intimate wedding of up to 12. Prices for these sites vary depending on the number of guests attending, the length of time the space is required, and the time of year. |

Join Chef Thomas Riding for a meeting to design your customized wedding menu! In this way, we enable you to truly get what you want for your special meal! Or, if you prefer, we are happy to provide you with some sample menus. Either way, we are sure that you and your guests will enjoy an expertly prepared meal in the ambience of our 1860s Inn. The combination of Ontario food and Ontario spirits makes for a fine dining experience! |

For your
wedding night consider booking one of our Granary luxury suites complete
with Jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace.
We are happy to make special arrangements with you for early
check-in and check-out for the bride and groom. Many of your guests may wish to stay over in one of our guestrooms and depart the next morning. We are happy to hold a block of 10 rooms for you, until six weeks before the event date, which your guests may reserve. Please note that there is a charge of $28 for each additional person over two, in the room. Please note that rooms have a maximum number of occupants specific to the room. |
